El esfuerzo pionero de Tony no solo ha convertido este libro en una referencia dentro del boom de la gastronomia peruana, sino que su espiritu solidario ha hecho que el integro de los ingresos que provienen de este libro vayan directamente a financiar un proyecto educativo para los ni;os mas necesitados en el Peru. Algo que pocos saben y que hace del libro algo doblemente especial!

This is a highly recommended book, I could not be without it!
